"Clean by The C" is a small, family run, locally owned fast growing business set within the heart of the Havens and Deans area on the outskirts of Brighton.
We believe we provide the very best cleaning service to both the domestic and commercial sectors, with our goal being to provide a service that is tailored to our client's needs, efficient and excelling in high standards from start to finish.
Originally founded by Cheryl Callaghan, Clean by The C has been growing and intends to fast become the go to cleaning company in the local area. Managing Director Cheryl, is a hands on business owner alongside Graham and we are determined to deliver a high end, competitively priced cleaning service. Cheryl attends all jobs on a monthly basis no matter how big or small and strives for excellence, day in, day out.
We have built a loyal client base within our locality and continue to grow, improve and learn, each and every day. When we started our company, we made a promise to ourselves to not cut corners or carry out 'half a job', after all if a job is worth doing it is worth doing it properly. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance and drives the company to provide a high quality, seamless service from start to finish.

At Clean by The C we use COSHH regulated professional products that are safe and effective both for clients cleaning needs and operatives use. We are committed to continually reviewing our products to ensure we are using the best there is and minimising damage to the environment where possible. Staff undergo rigorous training and are therefore able to deliver an exceptional service to our clients. Management deliver a stringent quality check program so every client is provided a random quality check in the month as well as regular feedback opportunities. This ensures client satisfaction and high quality cleans are maintained.

Training and Standards
It is our mission at Clean by The C to help improve standards within a traditionally low skilled and low morale industry. We are members of trade associations and growth groups which help us continually learn, grow and develop best practice not only in the services provided but in all behind the scenes aspects too. Every member of staff undergoes rigorous training, monthly checks and monthly training updates sessions. Staff are encouraged to develop their knowledge and skill base through internal and external training and up-skilling opportunities.
